I just wrote a Writer's Block post, saying I'd never written a Writer's Block post.  There is one only a few posts down in my list.  Obviously, writer's block is not my biggest problem.  :o)

p.s.  Am I making up for lack of recent posts by posting more today?  Perhaps...

That depends what problem it is.  Most of my problems are discussed with my husband or my friends.  Strangers come in handy for health problem discussions, hobbies you don't share with the people you love, or problems with your friends and family that can be discussed anonymously.
